Masterchef finalist, Andy Oliver, opened his own Thai restaurant, Som Saa in 2006. Oliver had previously moved to Bangkok to get a taste of specialist Thai food, working at the renowned Thai restaurant Bo.lan, recently receiving a Michelin star. The founders of Bo.lan – Dylan Jones and ‘Bo’ Songvisava – will be flying in to collaborate with Oliver at Som Saa.
