New to London Restaurant Festival 2018, this unique event series enables you to get behind the scenes of the restaurant industry.
The three special evenings will be hosted by Bloomberg’s food critic, Richard Vines, in conversation with Michelin-starred chefs: Pierre Koffmann, Andrew Wong and husband-and-wife team James Knappett and Sandia Chang.
The event will be held in the literary surroundings of the Churchill library, at the Hyatt Regency London.
