1 When a Cardmember makes a transaction using their American Express Card at a participating London Restaurant Festival restaurant between 3 and 17 October 2011, they will earn triple Rewards points at triple the base rate for the Card and/or in the enrolled reward currency associated with that Card. American Express® Charge Cards will receive Membership Rewards Points, Harrods Cards will receive Harrods Rewards points, Nectar Credit Cards will receive Nectar points, British Airways American Express® Cards will receive BA Miles, American Express® Credit Cards will receive either Membership Rewards Points, Cashback or Blue Sky points (depending on enrolled currency), Express Rewards Credit Cards SM will receive Membership Rewards Express SM points and Starwood Preferred Guest® Credit Cards from American Express will receive Starpoints®. The relevant donation rate for the RED Donation on the RED American Express® Card will be increased by an additional 2% of the total transaction value. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are existing American Express Cardmembers and whose Card is issued in the United Kingdom. This promotion is not open to American Express Corporate Cards.
Cardmembers must be enrolled in the relevant Rewards points programme associated with their Card in the United Kingdom to qualify. Rewards points are not earned on American Express Travellers Cheques, Foreign Exchange, Cash Withdrawals, dishonoured payments and other Account Charges including associated Rewards programme fees and annual Card fee. Triple Membership Rewards points are not applicable on existing double rewards bonuses including double Membership Rewards points at Centurion partners for Centurion Cardmembers, double Membership Rewards points at travel merchants for Gold Preferred Rewards Cardmembers, double Nectar points at Nectar partners for Nectar Credit Cardmembers and introductory bonus points. Rewards points will be credited to eligible Cardmember accounts within 12 weeks of 17 October 2011.
