Chef Jeremy Lee’s Saturday Lunch Club of Seasonal Favourites. On 15 October, Jeremy will host his second Saturday Lunch Club at Blueprint Café especially for the London Restaurant Festival.

This jolly weekend gathering has been created in true Blueprint style, with its friends, neighbours and regulars firmly in mind. Guests will eat great food, drink good wine and relax into the weekend in excellent company.

Jeremy’s five course menu on Saturday 15 October, a collection of his seasonal favourites, is as follows:

Baked salsify with parmesan

Pumpkin, bean and shellfish broth

Leg of Ben Weatherall’s Black Face lamb
Celeriac, chard & ceps gratin

British cheese

Caramelised pear and almond crumble tart with damson,
cold custard and vanilla ice cream

Coffee

The Menus are specially created by the hundreds of participating restaurants and are available to customers throughout the Festival period.

Side orders

A fundamental part of the London Restaurant Festival are the 'fringe' events which we call Side Orders. While LRF creates and operates the larger scale events as outlined opposite we really encourage all those working in the capital's restaurant scene to get creative and devise their own events to run throughout the festival. In 2010 we had over a dozen of these Side Order events going on including the Savoy Truffle Club, Bistroteque pop-up, a Cloudy Bay wine and food matching dinner and Street Kitchen, the mobile restaurant in an airstream. All were a sell-out and garnered plenty of publicity. No matter how small or how off-the-wall, we are interested in hearing your ideas and including them in the line up for LRF 2011.
