ANDAZ Liverpool Street launches seafood workshops for London Restaurant Festival
Led by Martin Scholz, Head Chef of the hotel’s renowned seafood restaurant Catch, the classes will start at Old Billingsgate Market. Participants will be introduced to seafood suppliers, shown different varieties of fish and taught how to select seafood, shop sustainably and prepare a three-course meal.
The Andaz Liverpool Street Seafood Workshops will run on both Saturdays during the London Restaurant Festival (8 and 15 October, 2011).
The course runs from 7.45am to 2.00pm and costs £70 per person.
The maximum group size is twelve participants.
