Pizza East will offer an in-depth masterclass of meats and cheeses that are sold in house at the deli, and also used in the Pizza East menu.
Their knowledgeable chefs will teach guests the difference between the products and what makes them unique. Guests will be taught how different cheeses are made, how specific meat is cured whilst also sampling some of the amazing Italian cheese and meat, which we import specially to use in our menu and in the deli. A glass of wine is included with the masterclass.
