Set within a stunning interior designed by Macaulay Sinclair, inamo st james is an innovative oriental fusion restaurant & bar coupling cutting edge technology with exceptional cuisine. The tour co-led by architect, operator and chef will explain the pioneering E-Table™ interactive ordering system, where the customer has complete control over their dining experience. Create your own ambience, order when you want, get your bill when you want, and call a waiter at the touch of a button.

6.35 General intro by Noel (Director) on ethos
6.35 – 7.00 Tour by John Macaulay of Macaulay Sinclair (inamo st james architects) with explanation of the interior and focusing on the restaurant. / Tour of kitchen with Head Chef Sebastian Francis including webcam and orders coming in. [Groups swap over].
7.00 – 8.00 Complimentary drink and some chunky canapés (examples from the menu) with demonstrations of ordering system on tables adjacent to the bar – guests have a chance to use interactive tables.
8.00 Event ends but attendees welcome to book a table and stay for dinner on London Restaurant Festival menu available at inamo st james.

The Menus are specially created by the hundreds of participating restaurants and are available to customers throughout the Festival period.

Side orders

A fundamental part of the London Restaurant Festival are the 'fringe' events which we call Side Orders. While LRF creates and operates the larger scale events as outlined opposite we really encourage all those working in the capital's restaurant scene to get creative and devise their own events to run throughout the festival. In 2010 we had over a dozen of these Side Order events going on including the Savoy Truffle Club, Bistroteque pop-up, a Cloudy Bay wine and food matching dinner and Street Kitchen, the mobile restaurant in an airstream. All were a sell-out and garnered plenty of publicity. No matter how small or how off-the-wall, we are interested in hearing your ideas and including them in the line up for LRF 2011.
