Pop-up in the sky

The world's most sought after pop-up restaurants. Dinner inside one of the EDF Energy London Eye capsules cooked by the greatest chefs in London. It is, quite simply, the ultimate foodie experience. The 2011 chefs included Angela Hartnett, Jason Atherton and Richard Corrigan. There was three capsules of 10 people per night – three chefs rotated so that each cooked a course for every capsule.
